I raised quail for a while, and I'm thinking of starting again. Are you a chicken purist, Iller, or are you a fan of all poultry. Quail eggs are the shit and I can fit five females and one male in my hutch, and get an average of seven eggs a day, depending on the size/age of the females. The male is there because the presence of a male increases egg productivity significantly.
