Really though i don't get how two teams is weird. You move to a new city meet new ppl they're going to be into that cities team. When you turn on the tv it's going to be that cities team. Remember NFL red zone and online streams all that shit haven't been around forever plus it's expensive as fuck and most games are usually blacked out most times anyway. So you either don't watch football, or you start following your new homes team. Now if your team comes to town then you root against it that's weird lol
Just checked the seahawks thread and saw 20sixx said basically the exact same thing lol that's what i figured happened

Phoenix Suns i always thought that was a shitty generic name like something a high school team or women's basketball team would be called. "The Seattle Rains"
"The Colorado Mountains"
"The Minnesota Lakes"
Lol come on
The Minnesota Lakes is real lol

The Minneapolis Lakers just moved to LA a few decades ago.

Phoenix don't really have a deep rooted sports identity.

The Cardinals moved here from St. Louis in the late 80s

The Diamondbacks started in the 90s

The Coyotes moved here from Winnipeg and changed their name in the 90s (lol @ a hockey team leaving hockey paradise for the fucking desert)

Plus like half the people here ain't even from here, a ton of people move here, so they're repping other teams.

Gotta be one of the top fairweather sports cities that exist lol

I think i definitely need to eat yogurt and cottage cheese a few times a week, my body seems to love it. When i first started tracking calories that first month i ate a ton of plain yogurt and cottage cheese until i burned out on it. i wasn't weighing myself but as far as noticing results that first month definitely felt like it was the most progress so far. I can eat a 6oz tub of plain greek yogurt and feel full for like 6 hours. Shit i could go an entire night at work with just one tub of cottage cheese. It's that fat / protein combo

It's too bad it gets boring so quick, there's no way i could eat plain yogurt and plain cottage cheese daily. But yeah anyway out of all food choices even salad and fruits and veggies etc, plain yogurt and plain cottage cheese seem to have the biggest impact on feeling good and making progress

Man I'm absolutely soaked in sweat right now though after walking around the block a couple times and hitting some stairs then delivering newspapers that got here early. Pretty gross.... I took 400mg caffeine and 50mg ephedrine earlier to deal with the lack of sleep it was a definite mistake lol Also drank a blue no carb rockstar because i ran out of pre-workout and am a raging stimulant junkie now jake921660 @jake921660 thanks a lot

"hey let's squirt this juice out of this animal into this huge tub, add this bacteria to it then wait til it sours and curdles up, then lets scrape the chunks off the top and eat them!"

Lol who came up with this shit
That ain't even the gross part. Milk from those sickly chemical filled cows at those corporate death farms is atrocious.

Now take that atrocious poison milk and do the steps you said lol

Yeah there's a reason i nearly 100% quit drinking milk for the past several years. I've seen those undercover vids with the infected ulcerated udders and pus and blood squirting out with the milk and all that. It's absolutely disgusting. Seen the shit they inject into cows. But, being a poor fuck and since dairy is so heavily subsidized and cheap it always seems to be part of my diet in some form or other. I've pretty much given up on cheese too, it should be this rare artisan treat not something that's mass produced and added to nearly everything and sold by 20lb blocks at Costco and shit, the hell is that? It's not sustainable at all and is the result of over commercialization of milk it's basically a waste product of a bloated milk industry

Hmm... Do i want to park in the trader joes parking lot when i get off work and wait the 20mins until it opens at 8? Do they sell the fancy eggs there InfamousICON @InfamousICON ? You know cage free free range vegetarian well loved chickens super good tasting with the dark orange super nutritious yolks you see on food blogs from ppl who raise chickens and shit. I've been trying to find good eggs, buying egglands best and various organic brands they all have the same yellow yolks and all taste exactly the same. I need the plug on those super dank eggs
