Im not going to restrict anything but calories its already hard enough lol. It works itself out like "hmm i could eat 2 bananas some grapes a cucumber and kale salad an apple some figs some peanuts and yogurt, or i can eat some frozen chicken strips and some french fries." You'll start choosing better foods by default because you get to eat more and they actually make you feel good vs like a fat piece of shit bloated and dehydrated and no energy

It's crazy how small a single serving of shredded cheese is when you actually put it on a food scale lol. It's like a tiny pinch of it comes out to 100 calories first time i weighed cheese to put on an egg sandwich i was shocked how the entire thing came out to like 500 calories for something that wasn't even satisfying at all (back at the beginning of this bullshit when i could easily eat 2-3 times as much to feel full)

Tillamook goes hard, only kind of shredded cheese I buy.
I like to get the bricks. I'll just slice of pieces and eat it. Another really good thing that sounds gross is slice up some cheddar, the sharper the better, and take an apple an slice it up and eat em together. I promise the shit is bomb as fuck
