Man im looking at the nutrients for green grapes these things aren't even that nutritious lol. I mean theres minimal vitamin c and trace amounts of minerals and a cunts hair worth of protein but they're just basically sugar and water. Good enough for a snack and boost of energy but i think ill favor darker grapes from now on. At least the dark skins will be packed with antioxidants. Only thing is green grapes are usually huge and super plump and delicious red grapes are real hit and miss and its pretty rare i find decent black grapes and usually never on sale
