Second the crackhead started stripping down, for no apparent reason, the guy recording was all like "oh, well, uhhhhh..." puts his phone away and leaves lol.

The oddest part is dude then kinda snapped back to reality while the cops were talking about what to do, calmed down, got handcuffed, and taken away and that was that.
