Yeah, I been feeling hella shitty from eating like a fat fuck for the past month and a half, and havent gone up in weight at the gym in weeks. As soon as I get back from berkeley, im back to my healthy eating routing. I cook saute up five or six pounds of chicken, and then broil onions, peppers, carrots, and squash. Dice it all up and then use it throughout the week to make burritos, or pesto salad, or mix it in spaghetti, or make gyros, or teryaki. Its hella cheap, super healthy and just as easy as buying food out. That plus a homemade smoothie in the morning and then a couple of protien shakes and creatine during the day and I'm getting almost 300g of protien and staying under 2500 calories.
