Nerd rant: Its really less about training how to dominate someone in a fight, and more to do with the challenge of achieving one's athletic potential. I think people involved in MMA are less likely to start fights, because there is no pent up aggression. People walk around with no fight training, or out a shape, but think they can throw down in bars ect - that invincible mentality. I get humbled daily, knowing i'm not the apex predator. Plus MMA is not for gang warfare, it really is just a sport.

Brought lunch into the OOG before coming to work and continued cleaning out her kitchen cupboards which I've been doing the last few times going over there. There was a can of green beens that expired in 2005. We moved down to Seattle in 2004 and canned food like that is usually good for 2-3 years so that leads me to believe she brought it down from when we still lived up north 10 years ago lol.

I threw away two paper grocery bags full of expired canned goods, ramen, jellies, etc and she yelled at me for throwing away all her food. I told her I was throwing away the expired stuff so she doesn't eat it and expire herself... got the coldest glare ever. She knows I said it out of love though haha.
