I think I'm going to ditch the apple tv, and get a Mini Mac, that can plug straight into my TV... I can load movies straight to it, have a few terabytes of storage. From what I seen I can use my ipad as a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Maybe even load emulators and use it for retro-gaming... even better I route it through my Xbox One hdmi port, and actively switch screens easy.
