its the first time in 3 1/2 months I've done it i was pouring out sweat after i went and did 10 minutes of cardio on the bike after I'm just hoping my legs go dead tomorrow and not tonight

I find that instead of running or bike, the elliptical machine is way better on leg day.

Hell, I spend 45 mins on it everyday before I actually work out anyways, regardless of what day it is. That shit hella gets the blood flowing for me.

I think you two are confusing cardio days with leg day. Leg day for me is leg presses, leg extensions, and leg curls.
