realized this morning I was out of nicotine patches

I finished step 2, now on the last step

felt pretty strong this morning so I felt like fuck it, I can wrap up this treatment at stage 2, no problem.

by noon I was ready to kill someone.

needless to say i ran out (to 3 different fucking stores) on lunch & grabbed step 3.
