If you got the wrong tickets you probably bought them from a scalper. They use the Ticketmaster system that every other team uses and each ticket can only be sold once.
If you had the right tickets and couldn't find your seats you should ask one of the ushers for help, there's one in every one or two sections. They're the ones that can can help you if you're lost and can't find your seats... People at the ticket booths and concession stands can't help you with that, it's not their job.

i was at the game last week in Oakland and some punk ass motherfuckers was throwing shit at my little cousin thats 7 yrs old for wearing a trout jersey, fools talked shit and me and few my boys ended up getting tossed out along witg my cousin because wanted to fix there problem with my cousin so don't give tell me shit year after that i seen a dude fuck with a kid for wearing a Angel hat, so don't come trying yo act like you been to every game
