Time is mando in WA for a second DUI these days (I think) but if you spend more than a couple days locked up before you get bailed/ror'd they'll count it as time served, and you can get off with probation, counseling, loss of license, fine, etc..

7 days mando here I believe. But his last one was less than a year ago, so he was still on probation, and the booking log said drugs too. But he said he ain't nothing in over a month cuz he's tryin to get a refinery job, so I'm not sure what's goin on.

2nd is 30 days minimum in Washington. I had to serve 31 for mine and they didn't count the night i did when I got pulled over. Shit sucked lost my license for 7 years too.
