this is my first salary job since 2001.

I fucking WISH it was hourly with the amount of work i put in.... I work daily, 7 days a week, usually its small here & there things but my phone constantly is going off.

every 4th week of the month, I work 7 days straight, 24/7 on call.... but fools call me regardless.

knowing all this would you still have changed jobs a few months back?

Ya, for sure. The previous company I worked for had changed a lot

I got a new director who looked and acted like Shooter McGavin from Happy Gilmore ..dude was a prick.

I've known my current boss since i was born, he can be a prick too tho.

Change is good, nobody is working for 1 company & retiring this industry, so I gotta stick n move
