I don't know how it works for the concierge here or for your particular job (not 0R0 @0R0 or Mixerr @Mixerr ) but they get you with your layers of lies as a security guard and turn one offense into three strikes you're out.

For instance driving to wendys, then lets say a supervisor is here when I return and I try to lie by saying I was in the bathroom or something, then in my log I had written I was starting a break or something

1st strike: Abandonment of post
Easily proven with the cameras here or witnesses

2nd strike: Insubordination for lying to the field supervisor.
Its easy to tell if someone's lying especially if they're confronted unexpectedly

3rd strike: falsified log entries
Once again easily proven

4th strike: Failure to follow the post orders. In some cases like for fire watches its so simple that if you fuck it up they can force you to take a drug test lol. The logic being you had to have been drunk or high to fuck up

So by lying you turn a simple write up and probationary period into getting fired

for starters you need to take your job more seriously. putting hundreds of people at risk of burning to death solely because you need to fuel your poor diet is not something you should be doing
We have state of the art fire control systems. One time someone left their cutting board next to a burner they left on, it started smoking and 7 fire trucks showed up in like 3 minutes lol. No one could possibly die from fire here

Its more things that need immediate attention, rare emergencies that I have to be scared about. For instance I leave, an older resident panics while experiencing heart troubles and comes to the desk for help. No one here. They drop dead in the lobby with no one there to appreciate them or support them in their dire need and no one to call the cops.

I'd be responsible for their death, security company would get sued for a few hundred million, lol. Stuff like that.
