I used to check out E-40's albums up until he started doing too many at once. I just lose interest. For the newer iTunes generation it's nice, the ones who don't care about albums being one solid body of work. They can pick and choose songs they want.
But I'm old school and I think an album should be one continuous work, and if there's too much put out there it seems like an artist don't give a fuck. I would rather see E-40 drop one new EP a month or something....let them shine on their own instead of dumping out 60 songs at once, or whatever it is.
