it's not extreme when I spent most of my adult life between 205-220 and put on 60+ lbs in the last 2 years.

when I was in basic training in 2004 I got down to 190 from all the intensity lol still didn't look like a smoker still, was back up to like 210 within a month after basic training though

when I first met you and we rolled to that gun show I was around 250-260 lol so yeah 30lbs a year is about right

I actually hit 295 a few months ago, put a stop to that shit quick, was only that high for like a month lol gained that shit and lost it again with quickness

Well I support and appreciate your decision to contemplate gradually getting yourself back into the greatest shape you've been in your life. Find your motivation and make these thoughts a reality.
