U know i heard they did a study in some other state and california... And the no talking on the phone while driving law didnt even change anything. The law didnt change calis statistics, and still have as many deaths as other states without the law.
I think its because the problem is not whether you use a hand for the phone or not, its because of actually talking and listening your brain sometimes forgets its driving...regardless if you have your phone to your ear or using a bluetooth

I've had over my fair share of drunk driving... And the moment I realized how bad I fucked up it was already too late.
My last DUI was horrible...
and it wasn't even alcohol it was pills. I was soo fuckin high I thought my car was possessed cuz I couldn't turn the cd player off. I was at my dealiers house and said my cars fucked up so imma take it around the block to fix the radio lol...
But I didn't go around the block, for some reason I drove up into town and was fuckin with my radio then all of the sudden I wake up after I done smash into some van at a red light and hit em so hard I push them thru the intersection. I come like like "OH FUCK NO! GODDAMNIT I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED, AGAIN!!" And I'm so fucked up I exit my totaled car and go up to the other driver and introduce myself and go to shake their hand but they were too angry and didn't want to shake my hand lol... I still had a bag of norcos, vics, and somas on me and after the cops was already on the scene I managed to throw them into a bush on the side of the highway. After I got transfered to Santa Brabara county jail the cop told me I was charged with Felony DUI cuz I put her in the hospital. That shit fucked with my mind for about 7 months until I was finally sentenced.
Long story short, I'm a muthafuckin retard for that and I'm so lucky I didn't kill somebody or myself. It took many years to realize how fuckin dumb I was being and glad I made it out of that alive

^ they tried to do that shit to me but i beat the case. i have mutliple prescriptions. was high as fuck but they couldnt prove it somehow even with a blood test
bitch took a picture of my syrup shirt and tried to beat me in court with a shirt lmao wtf second time they tried that 'we heard lil wayne drinks syrup and you have a shirt so you do too' shit on me
one thing i learned about court is, dont admit guilt at any point and make them prove it no matter how much proof they claim they have, duis, traffic tickets, all that. i havent lost one case in court since ive been taking them to play ball
ive beat shit i knew i was guilty on just by making them prove the shit when they couldnt beyond a shadow of a doubt
should have never took that weapons charge years ago on the chin, i learned from that dumb shit, and paying 2000 for a lawyer did nothing public defender wasnt gonna do
most people let their conscience admit guilt and hang themselves no matter how stressful it is you gotta stick to 'not guilty yall gots to feel me' even when wrong
