more artists and producers need to post here. going back to what snake said, we need to reach out to artists like stalin, philthy rich, hd, lavish d, 40, create forums for them etc.
id like to see video interviews. i think the sicc could dominate the market by interviewing cats in they hoods.
no read option for guests, u gotta be a registered user to view. that way it will increase registration.
bring back hard times for the people who troll artist who are legitamately comin on here to interact with fans.

Also we as a community need to welcome new music. This message board is supposed to be about music and I think that's what most of us came here for originally, although I'm sure most of us stayed for the comedy. Music isn't welcomed here anymore, everyone is just tryin to roast new people and that gets old cuz no artists want to come promote new music to people who are just waiting to clown. I know siccness releases & sells music, so there's gotta be some incentive for the site to get more music related activity happening here.

I'm with this. Critiquing is good, but straight up fucking with every artist is not cool. Not that some don't need it. But ya, when Coolio came into that thread recently and cleared up misconceptions and talked about his new release that was cool. I miss stuff like that.

most "new" music that comes here is fucking garbage. im all for supporting new music and artists but with the access of bandcamp, soundcloud, home studios, the overall internet, came a lot of wack, watered down 'artists'. and also what came with that is a lot of these new artists thinking that they're the shit and deserved to be treated as such. yeah its fucking hard to come to the siccness and deal with the roasting, but most real ass artists can both handle it and know that its difficult, while most of these other garbage ass amateurs think they dont have to deal with that shit. too fucking bad


act like a punk and you'll get treated like one. stay humble, handle the criticism, make yourself better, and you'll earn the respect

Just keep the site from going down every other week for starters. I think starting more subforums is wishful thinking but a waste of time/bandwidth imo, socal has been putting out a lot of great new music worth talking about & its forum is dead as fuck. More mods would be good too, another person to handle name changes seems to be needed.

Perhaps a weekly roundup of worthwhile threads and conversations, in case you missed something cool during the week. Maybe a user spotlight so people get to know eachother better.

I'm all for tiddies and pussu but I remember a time when you couldn't post that shit outside of I candy, and now it's everywhere you look. It makes it very hard to check out a thread at work.

I'm also in agreement with bringing back the hard times forum. Instead of banning the trolls, make it so the only place they can read or post is in hard times.

Last, bring back the wwf ice cream bars.
