I think he hangs around Vinewood. I approached him when I was still playing single player and I accidentally bumped into him and he stopped talking I think he was going to have a mission for me.. Knocked his ass out for wasting my time and he never re-appeared. I wonder what his mission was.

xbox and ps3 users are raging on rockstars website over the problems. That's why I called it luck of the draw. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason for it. It just happens. That's why I'm offline til they fix it. Not enough patience for me to go through a 4th character. edit

It worked flawlessly for me the last 2 days. I haven't lost anything since the update but I also didn't go on today. I'm only going off what the members at rockstar are saying.
Unless they're full of shit fan boys but you can see their social club pages and the ps3 users are on ps3 and xbox guys have xbox stats.

Finally solved the Lenora Johnson mystery achievement, time consuming, but not as bad as Kifflom was

Realized I had a cop outfit as Trevor, thought it was funny
I took a taxi, set the destination point to right before the military base...I did "skip" ride. And somehow we arrive there, in a BOOTH, car flipped and I'm on top of the car haha. Some how I got out. Taxi driver was stuck in there saying "you fucked up my ride, man!"
