Rigondeaux is two years older than Donaire. His amateur and Olympic boxing record is 400-12. He's one of the greatest amateurs of all time, winning two Gold Medals which would have been three if he didn't defect. He's fought every style there is to fight, even beat all of his Cuban teammates including Gamboa who he beat several times. I don't think people truly understand his greatness. His record and accomplishments are phenomenal. His skill set is undoubtedly better than Donaire, however Donaire is more explosive and has more power.
Obviously Donaire is much more accomplished as a Pro, but if we just look at the skills of the two fighters Rigo is the more skilled fighter. That doesn't mean he will win of course because Donaire is a tough puzzle to solve for a 5'4 fighter whose chin may not be able to withstand Donaires strength.
