Floyd has more KO's than Guerrero. Yes, he has like seven more fights under his belt but he also doesn't have the l, nc's and draw that Guerrero does.
Watch the Berto fight again and see what happened when the fight got inside. Berto started catching him.
Nobody is getting paid off.
Huh? How does a fight from seven years ago mean anything now? So what if a guy gets a knockdown? That's a 10-8 round. You're in the hole some points. You can dig yourself out, many boxers have been in this situation before and it ain't the end of the world.
You say "how does a fight from 7 years ago mean anything now" yet Robert Guerrero's last loss was 7.5 years ago. And it wasn't like he was knocked out or anything.
Yes, Berto was catching Robert on the inside too. Look at what happened when Cotto got inside though, or Hatton even. They had some success there too.
Floyd was a great puncher at the lower weights. He hasn't carried that into the 147lb and above weights. He landed every right hand it seemed like against Hatton and it still took him like 10 rounds to knock him out. Robert on the other hand seems to have carried that power to the heavier weights.
