nah, the manager who hired me apparently didn't have the authority to hire team leaders/manager trainees
I got hired to be a team leader who was on a 90 day probationary period to become a manager, I guess the big boss didn't like this and after I was already there training at another restaurant came and told me the day before our restaurant opened that I was gonna be a fry cook making $8.00 and he would give me a 90 day probationary period to get a raise to $9.00 and if that worked out another 90 day probationary period to possibly maybe train to become the team leader I was hired to be
I was like #datsout, I don't want to sound like I "big leagued" this job, but when I get hired to be a management trainee and get told i'm gonna be cooking french fries and chicken strips for barely above minimum wage, they can fuck off.

all the people that were gonna work in that kitchen were either straight across the border didn't speak any english messicans or white trash straight out the meth lab shitty tattoos everywhere white people
I didn't mind it when they were gonna work for me, but when I was told i'd be with them making $8.00 (which was less then some of them made cause they were already with the company and transfered to this new spot) and doing the same job as them I was like

I felt my personal value was above a job that fresh immigrants and meth lab white trash did. I couldn't do that shit at 30 years old when I didn't even need the job to begin with.
