About 3 years ago I went with my wife's grandma, and cousin to Juarez. We walked over the bridge, jumped on a bus. These are not like united states buses, these fuckers drive like they are in a video game. Then we went to thier version of the county fair - and ate tacos and hot dogs ( the mexican one where they wrap it with bacon, and put nacho cheese on it). I was really scared I was going to get sick!
The other time I went in recent time was the Doors had a concert there, minus Jim obvious, but the original band. It was in some fucken baseball stadium, and people where passing around joints, and I obviously I was not going to pass up on weed - but I got paranoid of it being laced. We then got some sushi, and chilled at some bar.
That was during war time Juarez, pre-war Juarez you could on weekend jump over the bridge and get 25cent shots at the bar. Now all those spots are shut down.
