The Thurman fight is at 154? I thought he had been fighting at 147 trying to make his name. He was calling out Bradley, Mayweather etc.....after his last fight lol. Guess he went up for this fight. Also Berto should get more money then The Ghost. He is a bigger name in my eyes. Got Em!!

They both weighed in light so I wonder if the fight is at a catchweight. 151 and 152 pounds. I'm guessing he'll still campaign at 147 after.

I agree Berto should get more of the money. Still I'm surprised he's getting 1.6 million. Pretty big payday. Nice to see Ghost crack a million.

Initially i was going for the Ghost cuz hes the hometown dude but Berto showed heart and won me over and i felt Guerrero fought way to dirty. I always criticized Berto for being lazy, he could have had a higher output of punches but he was basically in a wrestling match so i aint sayen shit bad about him this time

Good win by the Ghost. Berto is just not in boring fights that was brutal, and good action. The Ghost worked Berto's body and made the fight dirty. Fight of the year??

Thurman looked goodbI need to see more of him.

Hatton is going back to the coke. SMH

Yall do realize holding the back of somebodys head is illegal and the Ghost hit Berto with 4 shots at least while doing so to get that first knockdown, stupid ref didn't even say nothing. That ref was worthless, Berto was right he kept getting talked to about shit he was supposedly doing and the ref didnt say shit to Guerrero the whole fucken fight

Yea man great fight first off but that has to be the worst ref'd fight I have ever seen. What a shitty ref! Also while it was smart for Robert to fight like he did it was kinda dirty but if the ref allows it what can u do. Berto wouldve killed Robert if he had space or if the ref actually ref'd the fight how it was supposed to be. I was impressed by Robert's chin and even his power to lay down Berto twice. Wasnt expecting either of those. Berto is a beast with speed and power but needs to work on his defense a bit more and quit trying to be Floyd/Broner. If u cant fight with that defense then try it. All in all great fight but ref'd blew it in my opinion. Would love to see a rematch. Got Em!!

wow now that was a fight. no way did I think robert would fight that physical and fight in a phone booth. but it turned out to be smart cuz it neutralized bertos speed and didn't allow him to set up his shots. but in the second half of the fight berto found home to what I always felt was his best weapon the uppercut and robert really had no answer for it but man he showed a rock solid chin.

both of their eyes were fucked especially berto tons of heart.

I have no problem with the ref there was holding, rabbit punching etc on both sides, sometimes in a fight like that you just gotta let them fight.

also really impressed with Keith Thurman, I like this guy. I want to see him against a bigger puncher to see how he handles power.

great night of action and that's my vote for fight of the year.

Seems like the blueprint to beat berto is to press him and be physical. That's exactly what Ortiz did from the opening bell and that's what robert did last night. Berto doesn't seem to know how to handle pressure like that, other than throwing the occasional uppercut.

berto's footwork is poor. He just stands there and allows it to happen. He doesn't seem to know how to use his feet and step laterally or back off effectively, he just stays there, holds onto an arm, and allows opponents to impose their will. for 12 rounds he did that and never used his feet!

Berto was holding The Ghosts right arm next to his head. Guerrero was trying to get his arm free.

good fight...ghost did what he had to do to win...ghost adapts to anybodys style...and takes there weapons away from them..when he does that most boxers only got one style and when thats gone there fucked lol...most fighters dont do what robert does....look at katsidis fight,,,he boxed him n didnt brawl with him,,which is kats style..he coudnt do shit...jus an example how ghost gets it done...
