The Bay Area is known as the Gay Area. Shit sucks, but that's the reality of it. SF holds all the pride parades and what not; if they had a capital that would be it.

Rap-wise - hyphy, sideshows, ignorant shit aka game goofy as 40 would say.

Thinking anything and everything "started here first."

I'll never forget someone on here a few years back tried to say rappers rocking gold grills started in Oakland or some shit like that. That gave me a really good laugh.

That's cause some people ain't made it past their front yard.

the bay is known for being a very expensive place to live. if you can make it here, you can make it any where basically.

I thought that too until I left this b*tch and experienced what it was like to be in an 3rd world type of environment that was 'culturally different' and 'moved differently'. I couldn't wait to get back and get back on my grind. Out here there is tons of opportunity and 'money in the streets' literally. -something a lot of people here (myself included) tend to take for granted...
