I was at his show here in Albuquerque last month, as usual, his shows are really good, especially the energy that comes from Kris Kaliko... as big of a guy he is ,he can keep up and get everyone hyped up... Since "the worst" I have kept up with his music and like someone said, "he get's better every time." Tech N9ne deserves a Lifetime Achievement award for his struggles and come up in this world of Mainstream vs. Talent... The better rappers are never given the props they deserve, especially the ones who know how to write lyrics and make sense of it all and follow the tempo at the same time.

This album is pretty much Tech N9ne's worst album as far as I'm concerned. Don't get me wrong, it was produced nicely and tech comes tight and all, it's just obviously aimed at different demographics than his older shit was. Too many club/bitches songs, too mainstream sounding for my taste.

I understand what they are trying to do over there, no doubt, it's just that some of his original fans wont be feeling this shit nearly as much as his prior work (or maybe it's just me).

A few good tracks, nothing to do backflips over. With that being said, I hope it sells well. And I hope he goes back to the Angelic/The worst/etc. days.

To me, it's better than Absolute Power, but doesn't even come close to being as good as Anghellic.

There's some good songs on there and only one song that I skip regularly. But Anghellic is strong from end to end, this has some weak points. However, it's good songs are really fucking good.

This is Me, The Rain, The Beast, R.O.O.T., Riot Maker, Caribou Lou, Welcome to the Midwest, My World, Night and Day, Flash, and Come Gangsta are sick tracks.

Mediocre tracks: No Can Do, Bout Ta Bubble, It's What You Thinkin', My Wife, My Bitch, My Girl and Fuck' Em Girl... These songs are decent, but I skip them sometimes, and I don't think they are as good as the rest of the album.

Skipped: Jellysickle. I hate this song. This is probably the worst song Tech has released on one of his three major CDs.

Overall, though, I think this was one of the best CDs released last year. Probably the best by somebody who will sell over 100,000 or whatever.

Angelic was better but i still love this album cuz the tracks i like i hella like. it just has a certain sound thats not the usual sounding album these days, but with that being said i like 7 tracks but i seem to always play the shit in my ride even though i made a mix of tech and left the tracks i didnt care for off.

can we say dickriders?

lol... tech does have a unique style... but he aint the only one. He's probably the best out of mainstream artists...

but not the underground.
I'm VERY low key on Siccness but I'm going to say this and make you think on it...

have you every been to a Tech show???? Hands down he is one of THE best performers and rappers out PERIOD. I have never seen anyone do what he do. He's still and underground rapper doing more than a lot of mainstream artists do. I'm FAR from a "dickrider" thats real.

I've been to three Tech shows. I chalk that up to never living in a big city, which I do now. I've seen Scrappy, Twiztid, ICP, Black Flag, NOFX, DOPE, and countless others live, but nobody brings it to the stage like Strange artists. They all live up to the hype they bring on stage, and are all down enough to hang out with fans after shows. Who gives a fuck if somebody like Tech a lot? I mean hell, as I sit here I've got a Beastie Boys poster right next to my B.L.E.V.E. poster. I don't give a damn about your hatred for my likes and dislikes. Go find somebody else to jock and stay out of Tech N9ne related threads if you think you'll experience too many "dickriders". Usually when someone has a strong enough opinion about an artist, that artist did or said something that person didn't agree with.
