Be warned though. There are some issues with load times. after joining a lobby and trying to launch the game. Up to 5 minutes or more. Once you get in a good room though. The game is the shit!

Man back in the ps2 days I used to always be up on Socom 2. Haven't played any shooters since then except every now and then and my friend hit me up with a code and now it feels good to be back on Socom. There was a patch today to fix the long load times. Shit's dope.My ps name's the same as my username here btw

lol...I think when the full version comes out there will be ranking. It's online only. When you create a clan you get shit thats not available for the normal player. All weapons are available to everyone from the start. The strategy in the game is the best I seen in a long time. That's when you can get into a Beta game. It's not run and gun...but it's not slow either... Like Metal Gear ONline.
