Anything can happen, though. Especially with Marcus Trufant gone for at least six weeks. We need him on the D, and probably won't have him until about the sixth or seventh week of football. Hopefully Lucas and Wilson will step up in his absence.

Our Dline is absolutely STACKED this year its not even funny. Hopefully, this takes some pressure off of Curry to perform at such a high level in his rookie year and just go with the flow.

I was VERY impressed with both Reed and Bennett this preseason....

Hell yea we got some fat asses for DT and some badass DE's. I think Cory Redding is going to tear shit up as DE and DT. I can't wait to see how well Patrick Kerney will be this season. I hope Colin Cole will pull it off for us. and Lawrence Jackson, well he's got to step it up big time this season.

Brandon Frye has been claimed off waivers by the Seattle Seahawks

Renton, Wash. -- The Seattle Seahawks have waived tackle Kyle Williams and claimed tackle Brandon Frye off waivers from the Miami Dolphins, the team announced this evening.

Frye entered the NFL with the Houston Texans in 2007 but did not play in a game. He played in seven games last season with Miami.

Seattle's eight-man practice squad will be finalized tomorrow.
