Here is Real Estate's Demo CD-R plus one extra song (Pool Swimmers). I've been listening to this a lot lately. Such great music and Matthew Mondanile aka Ducktails is part of the band so you can't go wrong their.

cant wait for the Young Coyotes releases they said that in early march they will release some demos i believe and something like 10 tracks or so as an album i am guessing. it will be available for free by them they will post on their myspace and will also be selling it on itunes

Wavves has a self titled and a few other songs that are pretty easy to find as well.

Just got this, I guess this was the way it was supposed to be on the album but they found out the clip from The Network at the beginning and towards the end was licensed so they changed it up. Kinda gets you pumped up though lol

I listened to the entire oh sees album, and, snap, i've never been so entertained by music in a long time. I think, i think that chicks voice adds balance to the songs tho. Good stuff, anyone that hasn't heard of them should check them out.

Oh and yup, so bored is REALLY good, it's the first song i play when i get in my car now.

Yeah The Master's Bedroom Is Worth Spending a Night In was one of my favorite albums of 2008. I like more or less all of John Dwyer's work but it all varies so much from project to project that I could see how someone might love one of his bands and then hate the next.

I'll post some more of Thee Oh Sees (The Ohsees, OCS) stuff and some more of John Dwyer's other work (Pink & Brown, The Coachwhips, etc) on either Monday or Tuesday on my days off.
