True! But what it does is it starts a paper trail and if that force or that cop fuck witchya again it can be shown that they already have vendetta and you usually can get some type of satisfaction from it! I feel you thougH Out Here in Frisco they have developed a program called copwatch and they go out everynight with a scanner and film every arrest they see! It is a great detterent! But yeah the biggest enemy to the pigz is a person educated of there rights!
