Rate the 3 most underrated rappers in the west! 1 being the most underrated...

1) Knumbskull - unbeliable flow and delivery, tight voice
2) Nocturnal Hustlers - their album was sooo tight...i liked 15/20 alot....dope flow, hot lyrics...good apperances
3) Roscoe - much better voice then his brother and has tight ASS flow...listen to 5 seconds..itz off tha kook

You are the dumbass. PRIORITY is responsible for the album being pushed bacc. It was completed LAST YEAR and was never released by priority. It eventually was leaked and showed up on the internet. So he was forced to go bacc into the studio to redo the album. Don't speak on shit you don't know.
