DO NOT DROP BELOW 1800 CALORIES A DAY.....VERY BAD!!!
And if you are going to run a defecit,
DO eat 4-5 meals a day.....don't just eat one or two and call it good.
Example:
Cereal in the morning
Fruit for a snack
Sandwich and soup for lunch
Few handfulls of chips
Small steak or a Burger for Dinner
Thats only about 2000 calories, which will make just about anyone under 200lbs or so lose weight if they keep it up. Add in exercise, and anyone under 180 could lose by staying around 2K.
What matters is EATING GOOD and EATING OFTEN......not necessarily just EATING LESS.
