damn codein i was in the same boat, went from 6'4" 270lbs to currently 210lbs. if you looking for an extra boost look up clenbeutorol (sp?), did it for a month and a half and lost 35lbs.

Cereal in the morning
Fruit for a snack

Thats only about 2000 calories, which will make just about anyone under 200lbs or so lose weight if they keep it up. Add in exercise, and anyone under 180 could lose by staying around 2K.


What matters is EATING GOOD and EATING OFTEN......not necessarily just EATING LESS.
that sounds like a good plan. i'll have to try that out.

MAN I JUST STARTED THE SOUTH BEACH DIET DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY... NO CARBS FOR 2 WEEKS... QUIT SMOKING NEWPORTS THE DAY BEFORE THAT... IM LATE (AS USUAL) GETTING READY FOR THE SUMMER. I AINT A FATASS THO, JUST WANNA DROP THE WINTER BEER GUT.
