I guess since its through my company they nocked off hella money. What are the regular prices for this shit?

wrong, lifting weights helps you burn calories and lose fat.

strength or weight lifting routine can do the following:

* Lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, stabilize blood sugar
* Increase bone density, strength, endurance, speed and flexibility
* Reduce the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer
* Induce weight loss, tone muscles and create a more youthful appearance
* Increase strength, endurance and agility

If it's a universal pass (access to any 24hr fitness nationwide) than yeah you got a good deal.

Exactly, but the key is to use light weight with lots of reps. It will burn the fat and get you cut up.

A pound of muscle and a pound of fat weigh exactly the same one pound. Muscle on average is about 18% denser than fat, so 10 pounds of muscle takes up less space than 10 pounds of fat.
