ISSUES WITH PHOTOSHOP CS3

i got an issue with mine as well.. but the issue with mine is that whenever i make a change to a layer or add text or any changes really, i dont see any difference until i click with the arrow on the layer.. then all the changes pop out. If that makes any sense.

It depends on what site your uploading the files to, facebook, myspace, yahoo, photobucket and etc will downgrade the quality of your images to save bandwidth and space on there sites. if you have a site try uploading the files there and then using the link or a site like flickr.
