I was never a big fan of the Beastie Boys, even though I know they were/are highly influential and talented artists, but reading all the people that have nothing but great things to say about MCA is pretty crazy. Like the scope of people throughout the entertainment industry and beyond that you can tell were genuinely affected by his passing was kind of hard to read. Seemed like he was a great guy regardless of his postion as a pioneer in hip-hop.
