Who are you? Never seen you post here. Got Em!!

Yea and I think Floyd is 2 weight classes below lol so good point. Got Em!!
What does Floyd have to do with GGG lol

Speaking of, Andre Ward said he'd fight Floyd at 160, but he's not willing to do so with GGG.

GGG wants to unify the division but its getting increasingly difficult, if he doesn't get a unification bout by the end of this year I can see him going up in weight, too many pussies at 160.

I Want Fury Next - Deontay Wilder
February 07, 2015

Deontay Wilder (33-0, 32KO's) WBC heavyweight champion can't wait to get in the ring with EBU/WBO International/British champion Tyson Fury (23-0, 17KO's). After that he says he wants IBF/IBO/WBO/WBA heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (63-3, 53KO's).

Both Wilder and Fury have been throwing verbal shots back and forth with each other over twitter. Wilder won the WBC title back in January over Bermane Stiverne. Fury return to the ring against Christian Hammer at the end of this month at the O2 Arena in London.

Wilder told the Alabama News. "I've been calling him year and years. I think he's on of the exciting guys over in the U.K. and I'm doing my thing here in the USA. I think UK vs USA would be a great clash. Fury is who I want next, but boxing is a business many don't understand so it makes them frustrated. Some fights won't happen at the time that people want them and some fight will never happen, I'm trying to get every fight I want to happen at the right minimal time of it happening as well, too.

Fucking WBC, try to make sense of this crap...Garcia has no title defense over a year, keeps his belt. If Peterson loses to Garcia, Peterson keeps his belt. WBC is collecting a title fight fee, even though it's not a title fight (explains why they are allowing this crap). If Garcia can't make 140 against Peterson, what makes anyone think he will for Postol? I'm sure he's moving up in weight anyway so this entire ordeal is pointless...

Garcia has officially requested the WBC Board of Governors to grant him permission to participate in a fight over the division's weight limit, which the WBC Rules & Regulations consider a “WBC Special Event.”

Viktor Postol has officially confirmed to the WBC that he wishes to participate in the undercard of the Garcia vs. Peterson fight per the step-aside agreement. Postol does not object to Champion Garcia`s participation in the proposed WBC Special Event.

The World Boxing Council has reviewed the overall situation of the Super Lightweight division. Further, Garcia´s request was submitted to the WBC Board of Governors for a vote, with the following result:

1. The WBC has granted Danny Garcia permission to participate in his fight vs. Peterson over the Super Lightweight limit on April 11th.

2. The Garcia/Postol step-aside agreement will be modified and updated to include the new date of the fight and the conditions for the mandatory fight between Garcia and Postol.

3. Lucas Matthysse has been named mandatory contender to fight against the then WBC world champion immediately following the Garcia vs. Postol fight.

4. The sanction fees the Garcia vs. Peterson Special Event generates shall be deposited directly in the “WBC Jose Sulaiman Boxers Fund”, which is administered by the Nevada Community Foundation. The fund is currently aiding many boxers from around the world.

The WBC is very happy to participate in the sanctioning of those very important fights, which involve some of the best fighters in the super lightweight division.

Of course because Floyd is alot smaller. GGG can easily meet Ward at 168. Big difference between fighting Floyd versus fighting GGG. Got Em!!

Bernard Hopkins Slams Carl Froch: I Called Your Bluff!
Posted by: Rick Reeno on 2/8/2015 .

>>>Click Here For Tons of More Breaking Boxing News, Articles and Insider Information<<<

by Rick Reeno

Former two division world champion Bernard Hopkins (55-7-2, 32KOs), 50-years-old, is shocked with the sudden change of heart by WBA 'regular' super middleweight champion Carl Froch (33-2, 24KOs).

On February 4th, Froch revealed his interest in facing Hopkins on a summer date as part of a huge stadium event in Nottingham.

Froch told The Nottingham Post - "That's probably equal, if not bigger, than fighting in Vegas because of what my home city means to me. It's something which has been on my career bucket-list and fighting Bernard at the home of Forest would probably be the biggest fight Nottingham has ever seen."

"The prospect of walking out at the City Ground, lights dimmed, heading to the ring knowing I would face one of the legends of boxing excites me like you wouldn't believe."

But on February 6th - only two days later - after discussions began between Froch's promoter Eddie Hearn and Hopkins' company Golden Boy Promotions, the Nottingham fighter unexpectedly changed his mind.

Froch told BBC Sport: "Because he is 50 and a legend I don't want to fight him because it is almost a lose-lose situation. I am expected to beat him. If I win people will say 'he beat a 50-year-old man'. If I lose people would say 'what's going on? You've ruined your legacy. You finished your career on a loss against an old man' - so that would be traumatic. I don't think for one minute I would lose against Hopkins. It would be a great fight and a fight I would win in style."

"He talked about wanting to fight me a couple of years ago and now he is making noises again. It is unbelievable what he is doing. Through to his late 40s he was winning world titles. He is coming off the back of a loss, but he is still a fighting force to be reckoned with and a dangerous opponent. But it is not particularly a fight I get too excited about."

Froch has some explaining to do. On February 4th, Froch said fighting Hopkins at home "excites me like you wouldn't believe." But then two days later, on February 6th, Froch says "it is not particularly a fight I get too excited about."

Hopkins erupted over Froch's contradictory statements. The future Hall of Famer strongly feels Froch was expecting to get rejected by Hopkins and his team. But, Hopkins and Golden Boy welcomed the fight with open arms. Once that happened, Hopkins believes Froch began to panic.

Froch has indicated that he'd rather sit on the bench and wait for a potential fight with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in the summer.

"He says it's s lose-lose situation. But he's in a lose-lose situation if he fights somebody that we know he can beat. I don't think anybody, at least I think, is picking Chavez to beat Carl Froch. Carl Froch is looking for the easy way out," Hopkins told BoxingScene.com.

"When that thing got real and [Hearn] started getting phone calls, that's when he said 'wait, hold up, this sh*t got serious.' Somebody got in his ear and said 'don't underestimate Bernard, because Bernard is always good at redeeming himself after a loss and coming back strong. I'm going to be dead serious - I called his bluff."

"All of sudden he becomes a math genius and deals with numbers. When you talk about Bernard Hopkins, you don't talk about numbers. He must not be listening to the reporters and media in the last five years, who say that I'm a threat. He must not be listening to all of these fans who comment under the column with their opinion, who also say that I'm a threat."

Hopkins then explained to BoxingScene that he never thought he would ever hear a fighter claim a lack for motivation to face him.

"That's why that thing is so comical and bullsh*t. Have you ever heard anybody say 'I can't get up for a Bernard Hopkins.' You might have heard 'he likes to use his head and stuff like that' - and I'm not gonna say that's true, I take the fifth. But you never heard anybody say 'I can't get up for Bernard Hopkins.' I've never heard no opponent say they couldn't get up for me," Hopkins said.

"It's such a cowardly way out. Just say 'I don't want to fight Bernard Hopkins, there are other options out there. I can do good on both ends of another fight.' I can accept that. You might not Rick, he might not, but I can accept that. Don't suck me off and say 'well he's a legend and winning titles in his 40s' because someone wants to check him - so he wants to acknowledge that - but then in the same token he's wants to come with that weak stuff. The fans ain't stupid."

"How would he ruin his legacy losing to a Bernard Hopkins? So that means Oscar De La Hoya, Felix Trinidad and all of these guys ruined their legacy? The media would kill the fight if it didn't have no merit to it. That is so weak. You are going to justify a hypothetical - 'oh, I don't think that I would lose to him, but I'm just saying...just in case I do...' The fans are smarter than that."

Khan Suggestion Good News For Mayweather-Pacquiao?

Amir Khan made Twamir_khan_1201460citter noise last night when he tweeted a suggestion about his next fight.

“Khan v R @REAL MiguelCotto I’d take that fight in a heartbeat at catch weight 155lbs for the @WBCBoxing Middleweight title. Stylistically Cotto would be a great fight for me. He’s a great champion. Just imagine that fight in the UK.”

Those tweets have question marks all around it. For starters, Khan is with Al Haymon and Miguel Cotto has aligned himself with Top Rank. So the same issues that have stopped fights before that included Al Haymon and Bob Arum in the equation have stopped many fights before. Secondly, Khan isn’t a full fledged JR. Middleweight as he just enter the 147 lb division. Thirdly, Miguel Cotto isn’t going to the United Kingdom to fight Amir Khan and no one as its proven in the Canelo Alvarez negotiations, will dictate what Cotto does.

It does bring other negotiation questions to the forefront. Both Cotto and Khan have been mentioned as the plan B options for Mayweather should a fight with Manny Pacquiao not come to light. So is Khan just posturing or could this mean we might be close to a Mayweather-Pacquiao fight because Khan knows something we don’t?

The negotiations between Mayweather-Pacquiao took the weekend off and they will continue on Monday. So this tweet could be good news for the fight we want to happen.

Again, no one was talking about Floyd.

GGG hasn't said anything about Floyd recently either. A couple fights or so ago in an interview someone asked him about Mayweather and GGG said that would be "a dream fight" for him and he could make 154 easy (the difference is GGG said he would be willing to go DOWN in weight to Floyd's own weight class, Ward never says he'd go down for GGG (but Ward said he would go to 160 for Floyd)). GGG doesn't go around saying Floyd needs to fight me, etc. You don't see GGG on a campaign to get Floyd, they are realistic and want to unify 160. If anyone is talking about Floyd vs GGG that's more of a fan thing, or his trainer talking theoretically how Golovkin would beat him, shit like that. No one is taking any of that seriously at all.

@AmirKingKhan

Mayweather, Pacquiao, Cotto, Bradley, Marquez all available to fight around May.. Im ready and want to fight the best #LetsMakeItHappen

Out of these guys, the best scenario for me is Khan vs Bradley and Pac vs May obviously. I'm sure if Pac/May doesn't happen, he'll get one or the other.

Kirkland is an idiot. Canelo KO1.

James Kirkland drops Ann Wolfe, hires relative unknown

While most boxing experts believe former Women's Boxing great Ann Wolfe would be the most logical choice in preparing perennial Super Welterweight contender James Kirkland for his biggest assignment to date, Canelo Alvarez on May 2, the proud "Mandingo Warrior" has chosen a crew of relative unknowns to head his grueling, ten-week training camp in San Antonio, Texas.

It's been confirmed to xxxxxxxx.com that Las Vegas based trainer and former prizefighter Gerald Tucker will be Kirkland's "chief second" for the highly anticipated battle with the Mexican favorite.

The 30 year old contender will also be working with strength and conditioning expert Bremond "Bay Bay" McClinton, and aspiring, young fight coach Rick Morones Jr., while working at two Alamo City based facilities, "All Sports Speed and Conditioning" and "Team Morones Boxing Club".

Although the maneuver will undoubtedly be a huge shock to most fight fans and boxing experts, the thirteen year professional wanted to begin the latest chapter in his "eventful" fight career with some new faces in his corner.

Despite remaining undefeated under the tutelage of the five-time women's world champion, Kirkland's relationship with Wolfe has been volatile at times, and was deemed by the hard punching Junior Middleweight to be less than conducive for appropriate mental and physical preparation at this stage in his career.

And while McClinton brings years of experience to the Austin, Texas native's camp, working extensively with five-time NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs throughout his professional career as a strength and conditioning coach, the 75 day camp will mark Gerald Tucker's maiden voyage in the deep waters of boxing's biggest stage.

The Ohio born prizefighter/trainer predominately trains amateurs and young professionals out of 50 Cent's gym in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has never been faced with an assignment as challenging as the former two-time 154 pound champion, Canelo Alvarez.

Will Kirkland's "new crew" provide a recipe for success against the explosive, counter-puncher from Mexico, or will the task at hand prove to be too much for the relatively inexperienced Gerald Tucker Sr.?

The truth always reveals itself in the ring. Fight fans will find out on May 2nd.
