This seems fairly cut and dried to me. If the NFL continues with revenue-sharing, then they are indeed one entity, with many equal parts. If revenue-sharing goes the way of the Model T, then they are 32 separate entities, all in competition for dollars and not deserving of any protection from anti-trust laws.

this is why the nfl will win this case.
