you gotta point out that those "weak" schedules are "weak" because the 7-0 Chiefs and 6-1 Broncos have givin' those teams 2 of their losses basically. The Chiefs and Broncos have had damn near identical schedules sofar.

Houston is a better team without Schaub too. The only thing that has screwed their record up has been his turnovers. Take away those and its a different story. They're still top 5 in both total offense and total defense.

I'm just being honest man Chiefs and Denver have had easy schedules so far (well Denver played a far better team in the Colts than anyone KC played). That's why I'm not sold yet. Like I said defense is really good gotta worry about that offense though, if a team happens to score 20+ points might be in some trouble.

Such a weak schedule. Barely squeeks by Houston who lost four in a row with back up QB. Not sold. Defense is solid though!
not sold on you guys either breh.

only 135 total yards of offense last night? that defense was pretty suspect for most the game aswell. i liked that goal line stand when it mattered though.

Difference is Seattle is currently playing without their starters on their o-line. They got a guard who's never played left tackle starting until pro bowler Okung comes back. A rookie right tackle starting on the right side. Both starting tackled will be back soon and Harvin comes back next week.

Also Seattle has already proven themselves offensively. Marshan Lynch, Russell Wilson have already proven they have moster games. Last night was a result of a makeshift offensive line.

Youngest doesn't mean worst. The guy currently playing Left Tackle isn't even a tackle he's a guard. Our right guard is a defensive lineman. Right tackle is a 7th round draft pick, a rookie.

It really is a makeshift oline.
true, youngest doesn't mean worst. but....it does mean its very inexperienced though. our oline is still gelling. the oline and the fact that we have a new qb and a new offensive system is the main culprits on why the Chiefs offense hasn't looked that great this season.

Of course. I just think we've seen what the best Alex Smith has to offer. He can be a good, efficient QB who manages the ball well and minimizes turnovers. But if the offense needs to be creative and needs points quick, idk how I'd feel with Smith as the guy.

Then again Dilfer won a Superbowl with amazing Defense so it's possible to win that way, but Ravens defense that year was the second greatest defensive team of all time.
