Alright from what I understand it's probably like this. Scatter Brain, have you ever posted from Pedalay's computer? If so that's going to bring up your account as have posting from that IP at some point. Either that or Pedalay knows your password and has posted from your account. Zmussoui must have started his account at Pedalay's house, that's why it's showing it as his Registration IP. Either that or Pedalay started it for him.

You (Scatter Brain) might not be directly involved but your boy Pedalay and Zwhatever were up to something and now it looks like Zblahblah is going to get his teeth knocked into the back of his skull by E-rocc.
