Pistons matchups are pretty much set in stone..

1st Round, Philly.. Second Round, Orlando.. and then the conference finals Boston.. I have no idea who they will play in the finals, but I know the Pistons will have home court.

I also think the Champ is coming from the East this year.. Boston or Detroit will win it. The West isn't that strong this year, it's deep but not strong at the top.

i want the teams to lose 1st in this order

Nuggets
Mavericks
Rockets
Lakers
Jazz
Spurs
Suns
Hornets

I hope NO takes the west

In the east,
i dont give a fuck about it, just hope Orlando takes it

I think a Hornets/Magic Finals would be the best matchup to watch

why? that wouldnt be good at all to watch really. i want to see the lakers and celts for obvious reasons but if both were to fail i would love to se the pistons and spurs or some team with the compklete package of defense and offense.

I wasn't actually saying it like that.. I was just saying that the teams who the Pistons will be playing in those rounds is very obvious.

No way the Magic will lose in the first round.. No way the Celtics will lose before then.. However any team could make it to the finals from the West.

There's no doubt that the Pistons got a tough draw.. The Sixers have been playing very well since February and have a very good record since then (21-11), the Magic are a dangerous team and the Celtics are the Celtics everybody is picking them.. Nobody's going to be picking the Pistons to win this year, which is good for them because that's when they play the best.

However, this is the best Piston team yet. Better than the '04 team that won it all... Better than the '05 team that went to the finals and better than the '06 team that won 60-some games.

Most of the players on the bench of this team (at least the key guys) would be starters on a lot of NBA teams.. Stuckey, Maxiell.. others..

We got people like Juan Dixon who is probably the 12th or 13th man on this team right now. They are just ridiculously deep and the deepest team in the league.. The team also would've been competing for Boston with the Best record in the league this year, but they don't care about that and have spent the season developing the bench and the young players for this playoff push.

The starters are fresh this year.. They are all getting low numbers in the minutes stat, which is good, and the bench is developed.. Which is awesome.

And the Pistons match up very well against the Celtics.

ya know whats awesome is when u explain ur team it matches up perfect with mines lol. we got prolly the deepest bench in the league along with ur team specially pciking up sam cassel and pj brown. and it's easy to say this is the best team the celts had since 86. however everything i watch they got pistons goin to the finals not the celts so i dunno what u watchin. but yeah that will be the best matchup if they make it there before the finals.

If Orlando can 'easily' beat Detroit, how come everybody on the face of this earth has Detroit and Boston going into the Eastern conference Finals?

I was optimistic about Orlando's playoff chances this year, but I've not been very impressed as of late.

As for Boston, you better PRAY for no injuries and HOPE your big three aren't burned out by the time they face Detroit.

P.S.- If you're trying to express an educated opinion on a subject, try and type like you made it out of the 8th grade.

our scenario is set, we will face the Nuggets, who weve owned all season....so, this should be interesting. Maybe Bynum returns towards the end of this round, ready to do some real battle with out second round opponent.

exactly, everybody talks about the west like they are unbeatable when the opposite is true. there is a high level of parity there in the west but definitely no juggernaut. detroit or boston could sweep any team in the west. any. not going to happen but there isnt a team in the west detroit or boston cant win a 7 game series against. argue if you want west jockies.

IMO a laker/celts matchup would be boring, spurs are boring as fuck, pistons are boring,

In the hornets / magic matchup

u have 2 of the most exciting youngsters in the league, and uptempo basketball

what the fuck you talkin about? is it because i'm saying ur instead of your and so on? well i try to find an easy way to type without using every single letter n shit like i'm trying to impress an english teacher n shit. well how bout next time u try and make an educated opinion know what ur talkin about. all the "big 3" have been down this year especially KG and it's been like that all season, even if we losin or down by like 2 we'll take out big players and put in the bench regardless so being gassed or burned out wont happen. and i'm not trying to dog ur team at all i just thought homeboy was sayin his pistons are set in stone to go to the finals when in reality they have 2 real good teams in the east with them. and if ur not impressed with what the magic been doing as of late then u really must have doubts on ur squad then cause the magic been ballin flat out and looking like a championship contender so to underestimate a team with that much talent is dumb. and obviously the celts and pistons are favored to be in the eastern championship cause that what happens when ur the #1 and #2 seed. the mavs were the team that was gonna take it last year and looked where they ended up cause they got caught looking past a team who was hungry to make it to the next level and they got romped. i think it will be the pistons and celts in the eastern championship and it will be a dog fight so win or lose imma happy man just as long as we make it out of the 1st round.

Next time look past the grammar and see what I'm trying to say and you'll know I'm not talking out of my ass and actually know my shit. Decided to write this perfect for you to understand better.
