there are many versions Moe.....and my version didnt come from the internet it came from the streets...and from federal files and testimonies of OG's.....they all tell a lil different version anyway...that story is just the sum of em....i wasnt there neither were you so we cant have all the facts straight.....there are way too many hoods in LA to say which one started the crippin first and how it was started but the Community Revolution In Progress was a real thing and the CIA did fucc it up.....i think i heard the same story you have....about the two dudes.....one of em sayin Crip means from the cradle to the grave C(cradle).R.I.P(rest in peace)......im sure both stories have there part of fact and fiction.....but regardless Crips and Bloods were not started for the purpose of killin each other.......its just how it ended up......

Thats bullshit Cyz Crips & Bloods were bangin on each other BEFORE crack.

What crack did is make C & B bang on themselves, their homies and each other, instead of just a color thing. WHen drug dealin and turf became an issue, you had folks independant tryin to make ends who didnt take B & C to heart.

Even to this day most big-time dealers try and stay away from major affiliations, or even if they are affiliated, they try not to make it a issue to where they lose customers. That was the real effect of crack. C & B shit was around before crack and they was makin waves.
