BAY ARTISTS I LOVE....BUT NEXT TO PAC I CANT REALLY SAY THAT ANY OF THEM HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE STYLE LIKE THESE ARTISTS HAVE....E-40 HAS DEFINITELY DONE THE DAMN THING, BUT HIS FLOWS HAVE NEVER REALLY MOVED ME IN THE WAY THESE ARTISTS HAVE....FURTHERMORE, BAY ARTISTS HAVE ALWAYS TALKED ABOUT THE SAME THINGS....MONEY,DRUGS,WOMEN.....THATS IT...IF YOU CAN NOT MOVE FORWARD FROM THOSE THINGS WHAT KIND OF MC DOES THAT MAKE YOU? ALL THESE ARTISTS IVE LISTED HAVE STEPPED UP THERE GAME TO LEVELS WHERE THEY SURPASS THOSE WHO SPEAK OF THE SAME REPETITIVE SHIT THATS JUST PLAIN OL NEGATIVE ANYWAY.....YOU GOT TO KEEP FORWARD....NOT STATUS QUOE....FEEL ME?

1)Tupac (Needs no intro)
2)Easy E (He's the reason why everyone's bumpin gangsta rap)
3)Too Short (Openned the doors for the Yay)
4)Big Pun (Lyrically the greatest of all time)
5)Mac Dre (The most under-rated rapper of all time)
6)E-40 (Bay Area Legend, we love him)
7)Master P (I'm puttin him up here for his overall accomplishments. Who can top his early albums?)
8)Snoop Dogg (An Icon)
9)Brotha Lynch (Huge potential, but not consistant enough)
10)Tech N9ne (Has the potential to finish in the top 3)
Other "great" rappers who missed my list....
Mac Mall (Has the potential to rank with in the top 5)
X-Raided (The only cat that I think could give Pac a run for his money. Such wasted potential)
Scarface (Mr. Texas, what more can I say? An Icon in the game)
Mr. C and Black C (They're more of a duo so they don't apply here. But as a duo, they were an untouchable combo)
C-Murder (Same as Raided, had enormous potential. P not only fucked his career up, but C fucked his own life up)
Cuban Link (I got a feeling this cat's gonna go straight to the top)
Krazy Bone (I once thought he had the skill and style to surpass Pac but this cat has fallen off real bad....)

GZA...always my favorite Wu member, always came with heat.
Liquid Swordz was tight as fuck.
Cougnut... I havent heard a verse of his i didn't like. Still awaitin his solo album like a mothafucka. RIP.
Cellski... Mr.Predictor was a classic, his style is raw, i slump his shit more than most.
