Norma Jean is metalcore, totally totally different then "real" emo, like not even close.

And yes, Norma Jean is a great band. One of a few metalcore bands that I didn't eventually become bored of their music.

Right On Dude!!! The reason why I posted this cuz I be shoppin at Hot Topic for some indie gear & such; & then as I gazed across the wall display of shirts, I came across a reel dope Norma Jean tee that has a dinosaur on it LOL!!! I was havin 2nd thoughts of gettin it but I first need to know if the band rocks cuz I never heard their music; well maybe Ive had whenever they were on MTV rotation tho I still dont recall......

Anyone here knew that they used to be named Luu-Di-Kris until Ludacris came into the scene & they had to rename themselves to prevent confusion LOL!!!
Coincidentally, theyre both from the ATL but the band had been around long before Ludacris started rappin......
