you ever see someone ON crack?

DAMN now that i think about it.i seen a father act just like that on a dateline nbc documentary.he was on GHB.doing exactly what that guy at the mall was doing.so he probly was'nt on crack but the homie told me he was i had no reason not to believe him at the time cause he's older and i never seen anyone actually ON the shit at the time.crack is before my time i'd be too young to see it at it's worse like in the 80's.
