yesterday i got violated by these fuckin gang task force and windsor police....well n e way they pulled me over suppoly cause my tail light on my truck was illegal which, its not cause those tail lights are street legal....then they started searchin my truck cause i had a bat....(which was for baseball haha)then i was gettin shit talked to by a po po because i stood up so he started cusin...well ne ways i want to complain on the 2 muthafuckas cause the fuckers were bein dumb.... the other other po po was being coo he was talkin about bumpin ohio players and just talkin normal but the other 2 were ass holes...n e ways they searched my truck and they pulled out my cds and took out the lil flyers i have of woodie....and they said whats this...i said a rapper im helpin promote....so they said why did u name u cds northern killa cali#1 & 2 i said because thats what i named it well n e way i told them to play the cd and they played the one with bay luv and windsor town<<<<<thats the name of the cd...well they didnt have shit on me cause that cd had dre dog, 5150, and some other bay people and 1 norteno rapper but they didnt get that far ....well n e ways they were harassin me and askin who woodie was and i was like a rapper and then they stopped and checked me for tats and blah blah.....well n e ways fuck these lil bitches they still gave me a fix it ticket to fix my lights and to notify dmv of change or adress

they can actually bust you for shit like that sometimes, if they can prove it in a court of law of why you have it. i used to carry nunchukkas in my car, and it had been searched with those in there, but they didn't find em thank God cause i could have lied and said they were for classes, but if they would have asked where i took lessons i would have been locked up for a second.

yeah you right homie. there are so many myths out there on what are laws and what aren't. i don't know how some of these get started. but they can't search your shit unless you tell em they can. they have no reason to. honestly, statistics have shown that damn near every single drug bust that has happend in a car is because the person driving agrees to a search because they don't want to look guilty and they think maybe they have it hiden good enough. keep that in mind. also i dont' think they have any right to listen to your cd's like you said, that does not affilate you at all by listening to norte rap, that's just senseless. so some of that is on you nando. i ain't sayin go out and study the california statute day in and out, but we are all entitled to know our laws and rights. i know regardless of who you are, you don't really want to stand up and say, no you can't search my car, but in reality, they can't do much about it. just say no, because honestly you have no reason to believe that i have contraband other than assumption. one of the worst things you can do is pop off an attitude tho'. i know it's cool to be tough and all that and tell your homeboys that you told some cop what's up, but it also sucks to tell em you went in over night or for a weekend cause of something that started over you runnin your mouth. regardless of what they say, you can still be a man and profesional and get to go home after they have their fun

shit one time I was with one of my homies and he went to visit his mom in a shitty little city Orange Cove. well ene ways I went with him and she lived in an apartment complex that was full of Nortenos. YOud think we'd get along but REEDLEY and dirt cove dont. its stupid ene ways some fools seen me and went into his apartment made some calls and then like 20 orange covers came and hit us up. only like 8 of them got into it with us well ene ways some paisa came out and started shooting in the air to break us up. we got into his moms apartment and made some calls to the homies while them fools tried to break in the door. Orange cove doesnt have police so some of the nieghbors called the sheriffs. the sheriffs came out and my homies mom let them in. Now I was going to play the part like not knowing what happened or why it happened cuz I didnt even call the sheriffs, but the manager of the apartment did. THe sheriffs threw us on the floor and draged us outside. the hit my homie like 20 times cuz he had a 38 on the table, which was legally registered to his step dad. ene ways they dragged us outside while all the ene's frum OC talked shit and yelled at us. THey threw us on the car and asked what happend they looked at our tats and said where are you guys frum we didnt say shit but some bitch ass rat told them we were frum REEDLEY. then they started talking shit that we should know they OC dont like us and that it was our fault for being there. they took pictures of our tats. and left us. but the fucked up thing is that the bitches shanked our tires so we were stuck there. The fucking pigs left us there knowing we were gonna get fucked up. Ene ways the homies came like 5 cars deep and got us out. the fucked up thing is that we hate eachother cuz some ene frum 1 town killed another frum an other town. shit escalated cuz OC goes to our high school so 10sion is always there. dont know if they still hate eachother the towns I mean. the fucked up thing is that when I was in YA one ene frum OC ran with me and we became homies. and we always wared with his homie frum b4 cuz he a bulldog now.

THe most serious charges got dropped cuz the fool that got into it with me decided to stay true and let shit get settled on the streets his testemony changed the charges that the DA is trying to get me for. So I get to go through a new trial. Im probably going to do bout 2 years though. I was in the Tulare county jail for a week and then they dedided to let me go. I aint no flight risk I guess. serious though my days our numbered. Shits fucked up too cuz now the DA is really out to get me cuz he thinks I had someone hit up the victim. he is going to use my gang file in court again. My old lady said that if I get locked up that she is really not going to take me back. so Im fucked too cuz I cant leave the city I am at now or they are going to send me to county. but she dont want me there. IM PROBABLY GOING TO LEAVE IN LIKE 3 DAYS SO IF ENE ONE USES MY NAME ITS NOT ME. ITS MY EX'S LIL BROTHER. I AINT MAD AT HIM USING IT I TOLD HIM TO CHANGE HIS NAME THOUGH. HIS ENE TOO BUT HE MOVED UP NORTH LIKE IN THE 510 OR SOMETHING. WHERE IS THAT AT? thanks homie, Ill be alright two years aint shit its just that when I do touch back I dont know where Ill go cuz all the homies I had from back in the day are gone one way or the other, cuz I lost touch with them when I went to YA. and my old lady's feed up. well just another obstacle in life I guess. Ill give that fool my adress when I know where Im at, hopefully his sister Ill give it to him cause she said dont even bother writing her cuz Im already a memory. hopefully this is my last vacation, probably not though.
