about snoop when his one and only cd that was good all the way through was out, I never looked at it as damn this crip is down he making tight ass music, he really is a crip cause his music is tight. I looked it at damn this cd is tight its cool for me to listen it all the way through.
I just cant see how when he started his career he was just rapping about the gangster life in general. then the murder trial happens he comes out with a good cd, but not a classic still rapping about the gangster life in general. the first cd he ocassionally wears flue rags and really lets it be known about LBC, even saying rolling 20's and 21 street alot. then the deathrow split thang happens and he is started to be questioned about wheter or not he is a real gangsta cause suge wants for ppl to believe he is fake gangster so he'll lose street credibility since he left death row. know ppl wonder and want to know and this is the time went he wears bandana suits, really overduing it with saying he a crip, and then when he with the eastsiders as a group he really starts to overdue I am a crip.
To me he is what he was when I started listening to his music, he was from the struggle of poverty, few opportunities, and living through the struggles of banging. Wheter or not if he was "a real down ass crip or if he was when he was younger" never was an issue and still isnt. but when ppl change their opinions cause of his quality of music or the idiotic costumes and ways of protraying he is a crip is comical to me. I mean I wonder what crips, the ones that bang really think about him and the way he is off and on about his crip affiliation. I mean if it was an ene in his role I personally wouldnt like to see woodie or another norteno sporting a red pano suit looking more like a clown than a norteno. Woodie I used you as an example and in no way mean any disrespect or to come out as thinking you would do this. I mean if I saw this I would be like fuck that fool he making us nortenos look like fools he should stop saying he one of us and stick to making music, fuck it he out of the struggle fine I respect him for the work he did but come on now your way to help us out is to not deny the past but remember your repping dead homies and homies putting their lives in danger for the shit you saying you still are.
