yall consider Nevada & arizona west coast?

nevada is westcoast
they love the chargers in las vegas
and everyone that moves there is from cali, they just move for cheaper places to live.

something like 1300 new residents per month pop off in las vegas and more than half come from CA

matter fact i have room to believe vegas would buy the chargers if they were up for sale

arizona i only been to phoenix, so i dont have room to speak
i also consider washington west coast, just northwest

Just think about what you asked, is NV/AZ considered west COAST thats key word there, its the west....coast....nevada last time I checked didn't have a coast line, nor AZ. ... but thats bein technical, I grew up in LV and we're always going back n forth, and we were always west coast guys

Lot of you guys are making great points. If you're going to do the "west coast" vs. "desert rap" thing, then you've got to throw Sacramento & Fresno in there with Las Vegas & Phoenix and not with the Bay & LA.

There's no true right or wrong way to define it, highly subjective. I do organize my rap into folders by region, and my personal definitions are:

Northwest (WA, OR, ID, MT)
West Coast (CA, HI)
Southwest (NV,AZ,UT,NM,CO,WY, west TX)
South (east TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, KY, VA, WV)
Midwest (ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH, Pittsburgh, Buffalo)
East Coast (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC)

I suppose you're right, I didn't think that through hard enough. I know the only time I've ever been to Sac, like 10 years ago, it rained hard the whole time. I know you guys only get about 17 inches annually, but I guess it's a little too green to be desert.

So I guess it may not be desert rap, but the coast definition is still problematic b/c Sacramento & Fresno aren't on any saltwater. So me, I'm just down with calling the entire state of Cali West Coast regardless of water, and then places like Las Vegas & Phoenix southwest.
