Short didn't move to Oakland until he was a teenager, so why don't he rep LA? Pac didn't move out west until he was an adult, but he still repped West Coast.

I don't disagree with you homie...you are right for the most part. But there are exceptions...Short and Pac being two of them (Kurupt too). Either way i cant beleive this thread is 4 pages deep now lol.
