damn, i mean the beats don't compliment his style for the most part. You gotta give credit for the effort, what do i know. I don't make beats, but compared to a lot of other shit I listen to, the beats on bloc bizniz were subpar at best. I almost miss Big Hollis.
On another note. X is a standout performer when you hear'em spit his shit. Anybody else on a track w/X better come wit dat-shit. Or else you end up sounding like noise. I usually just listen to the X verses anyways, and skip to da next song when I hear others.
Not to be such a critic, but X is in a whole other league to these guys he's bustin wit now. I'm sure they'll improve. It's hard to hear a song the whole way through when X rips it, and then the next guy basically lowers the quality of the music.
I wish he'd drop a solo album, and I do mean SOLO.
My two cents, but any real X fan should cop Bloc Bizniz, hands down.

Youre not the only one bro; todays rap is wayyy too over-saturated...... Even sum of my favorites are now droppin weak shit...... They either dont have their integrity & passion in them or they wanna sell out just for the money, not the music they were known for & go hollywood instead like 3-6 LMAO!!!!!! Fuck what others think & they can disagree with me all they want but today's rap sucks overall; Im sorry but its on the brink...... Today I only listen to those who consistently drop good albums with good production & quality & thats it......
